A person used to live in official housing; the term of their residence there has now ended and they have been told to vacate it. What is the ruling on their prayer and fasting from the date set for vacating?

Imam Khamenei:
If the relevant officials have not permitted him to make use of the house after the end of the specified term, then everything he does inside that house is judged to be usurpation (ghasb).
